I Walk In Faith

A day stretches out before me. A whole day to fill. Each morning I pray that my words and actions will communicate God's love. So today I shelter at home. I lift up in prayer those who are sick, those who are scared, those who are working for a cure, those who work with the sick, those who are protecting us. And I walk in faith that by sheltering in place I am a part of the protection and healing of our world.

I know that God is with me. I know that God is with you. I know that God is with the entire world. We are not alone - not ever. I follow a Savior that saves through love.  Who teaches “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 22:36-40 NRSV)

I walk in Faith that God is with us now and will be with us tomorrow as we rebuild our lives.
